Sunday night Scott Tolzien was named Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week after his performance in the Badgers' win over Michigan State. Tolzien threw a career-high four touchdown passes and went 19 of 31 for 243 yards. Tolzien became the fourth Badger quarterback in history to throw four touchdown passes. He currently sits at number 13 in the NCAA among quarterbacks in pass efficiency rating, and has thrown eight touchdown passes and only two interceptions in the first four games of the season. He has completed 66% of his passes.
The Badgers' win this weekend improves their record to 4-0 going into the border battle with the Gophers.
